As your doula, I will be accessible throughout pregnancy to answer your questions, listen, & provide suggestions. I have knowledge of our local hospitals, birth centers, & homebirth options. I can help you choose an OB or Midwife that best aligns with your needs & goals. Prenatally, you’ll sit down and together discuss your birth preferences & options. I will be available on-call 24/7 from the time you turn 36 weeks until your baby arrives. There is always the reassurance that a reliable backup doula is in place in the small chance of an emergency occurs. During labor & birth, I will be there to support you emotionally, physically, & spiritually providing comfort measures as you navigate through the stages of labor. I BELIEVE in you & I am your biggest cheerleader from start to finish.

My service is to provide you with emotional, physical, & spiritual support during your pregnancy & delivery. I will be on call and text 24/7 beginning 36 weeks until delivery, I will be at your birth, and will stay up to 2 hours after birth. I also offer postpartum care & photography.
